  • Complete a Comparative Market Analysis on homes sold in the area prior to submitting an offer (to determine the value of the home)
  • Present the contract
  • Negotiate with the seller or seller's agent to reach an agreement
  • Provide assistance in ordering and scheduling inspections per the purchase agreement
  • Submit written requests for any repairs or replacements; negotiate for buyer satisfaction
  • Order and/or review the termite inspection
